How I use AI
I use AI for coding and development. Tools like Claude, GitHub Copilot, and others help me scaffold ideas, debug, and move faster on projects. Most of the Go TUIs and security tools on this site were built with AI assistance.
AI is great for brainstorming, getting unstuck, and handling the repetitive parts of coding.
What I don’t use AI for
I write my own emails. If you get an email from me, a human wrote it. I use the Not By AI badge in my emails to make that clear.
I also don’t let AI write entire blog posts or content for me. It might help me outline or edit, but the ideas and voice are mine.
My principles
Human review always. Everything AI generates gets reviewed and edited by me before it goes anywhere. I don’t just copy-paste outputs.
AI assists, doesn’t replace. It’s a tool, not a replacement for thinking. I use it to move faster, not to skip the work.
Transparency. If something is AI-assisted, I’m not trying to hide it. That’s why this page exists.
